Salaam, my name is Keitara — a revert to Islam, a Black woman entrepreneur, and the heart behind Barakah Basics.

I embraced Islam in August 2024, and Alhamdulillah, the peace and purpose I’ve found has transformed the way I live. I created this brand to share that peace with others — to make Islamic reminders not only beautiful and minimal, but accessible in everyday life.

Barakah Basics is more than a store. It’s a gentle rebellion against the hustle culture — a space for mindful Muslim living and halal, faith-friendly income.
